ABOUT ILI LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMING
Indiana Latino Institute leadership development programming focuses on identifying, supporting, and connecting Latino Hoosier leaders through recognition and by facilitating access and to high-level individuals and spaces while strengthening the Latino community and driving positive change across the state.
LATINO LEADERSHIP CIRCLE
The Indiana Latino Leadership Circle focuses on identifying and mentoring emerging Latino leaders by connecting them with influential community leaders and strategic empowerment opportunities. The Leadership Circle is a two-year commitment that brings emerging Latino professionals front and center.
LATINO LEADERSHIP AWARD SERIES
Many successful Latinos deserve to be acknowledged for their accomplishments of benefitting Hoosiers and their communities. The Indiana Latino Institute has created a program to identify and commend three classes of Latino leaders—those in their 20s, 30s, and those whose contributions span over many years.
