SCHOLARSHIPS
ILI ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP
Annual Scholarship
ILI awards need and merit-based scholarships to graduating high school senior and current undergraduate and graduate college students who show academic excellence and community service involvement and are attending a college or university in Indiana.
Preference is given to applicants who are Latino first-generation college students and students who do not qualify for government aid. Scholarship recipients are selected by an outside committee. The ILI Academic Scholarship was created as a means to address the under-representation of Latinos in post-secondary education. The goal is to encourage Latino students in Indiana to pursue higher education and engage in community service.
Application materials must be submitted online by May 31, 2025.

ALIVIO MEDICAL SCHOLARSHIP

The Alivio Medical Center Scholarship is an annual, merit-based competition offered to undergraduate or graduate students that focuses on rewarding ambitious, driven, goal-oriented individuals with majors related to the medical field.
Application materials must be submitted online by May 31, 2025.

ILI PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP
Full-Tuition Scholarships
Each year, the Indiana Latino Institute (ILI) hosts a Higher Education Consortium, a discussion with university presidents, chancellors, and leaders from across the state to collaborate on Latino student enrollment, retention, and completion.
As a result, ILI has a partnership with 25 universities and colleges across the state where they award 1-2 full-tuition scholarships to Latino high school students in our College Prep program. This partnership, the ILI Promise Scholars Program, covers the cost of full, in-state tuition for 2 years in community college or 4 years at the college or university.
Eligibility is based on each university’s GPA requirements and guidelines, and students must be enrolled in ILI’s College Prep program for one full year in high school before applying to one of these colleges or universities. Additionally, ILI Promise Scholars must maintain enrollment in ILI’s College Education Program, College Success through college years to keep their scholarship.
To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be enrolled in the ILI’s College Prep (College Coaching) Program for a full year prior to applying to colleges. Click below to enroll.
