OUR LIGHT.NUESTRA LUZ
In 2022, Indiana Latino Institute hosted the inaugural Our Light. Nuestra Luz at the Monument Circle. This event, in partnership with the State of Indiana, the City of Indianapolis, and Downtown Indy, and presented by AES, celebrated Latino Hoosiers by projecting a video of Our Light. Nuestra Luz. on the AES building. This video highlighted our Latino community, its contributions, and the many beautiful countries we come from.
This event is more than a celebration—it’s a powerful statement that we value, uplift, and stand with our Latino community. And this year, at ILI, we are especially excited to welcome new collaborations that will further strengthen and integrate into our community. Together, we are building bridges, creating opportunities, and honoring the rich culture that shapes who we are.
