Our mission is to advance Latino educational attainment and workforce preparedness statewide through advocacy, leadership development, and culturally responsive programming.

The Indiana Latino Institute focuses on increasing the number of Latino high school and college graduates in Indiana by preparing them in four key areas: college access, college success, workforce preparedness, and systems change.

ILI’s leadership development programming focuses on identifying, supporting, and connecting Latino Hoosier leaders through widespread recognition and by facilitating access and to high-level individuals and spaces.
