INDIANA LATINO HIGHER EDUCATION CONSORTIUM

2020 Higher Education Consortium

The Indiana Latino Institute strategically convened higher education leaders for our 2020 Higher Education Consortium. With over 20 private and public institutions represented, the group discussed Latino college completion data, efforts to help retain students, and how to prepare their students for the workforce. Thank you to our partners at the Lumina Foundation, Strada Education Network, and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education for helping to push the conversation forward.

2018 Higher Education Consortium

The 2018 Indiana Latino Higher Education Consortium convened over 200 higher education institution leaders, faculty, staff, and business professionals to discuss increasing higher education attainment in the Indiana Latino community. They learned how culturally responsive recruitment and retention methods are vital to degree completion for our Latino students. This also served as an opportunity for the Indiana Latino Higher Education Consortium to collaborate on strategies involving higher education access and success.
